The Legon Post-Harvest Hub

A tomato processing factory and a distribution centre on one site, completed in November 2025. Every delivery from our farmers is sorted here: the best grade is sold as CountryFresh fresh tomatoes and the rest becomes CountryFresh tomato puree.

More Than 20 Post-Harvest Hubs
Planned in the production zones, so tomatoes are sorted, stored and processed close to where they are grown.
Over 15 Tomato Depots
Light structures with a canopy and a cold room, bringing fresh tomatoes and puree closer to buyers.
Pwalugu Tomato Factory
Our supply base and processing experience position us to support the factory after its rehabilitation; discussions are ongoing.
Africa
We plan to extend the model to other African countries facing the same tomato gap.
